I attached a email I sent to John after he was able to help me with a last minute change of my trip itinerary and I needed a specific service canceled.  I was very pleased with the service your company offered and I due plan to take advantage of your companies services next time I travel to Brazil.  Thanks again, ORIGINAL MESSAGE: Thank you John, I had to go to Belo Horizonte today for another meeting and I will continue on tonight to Sao Paulo. My local business contacts were kind enough to help me with the booking. On a side note the second night in Rio Claro I changed hotels due to the low quality of the Rio Claro plaza. I recommend in the future suggesting the central park hotel if your clients need to go to Rio Claro. Also my work went very well and I expect to have to come back to rio claro and belo horizonte and hope I can use you again in the future. Thanks for a great trip,

We have returned from a good trip to Brazil.  Iguacu/Iguazu Falls were fantastic!  I am sure glad that we waited until we are older before seeing the very best waterfall in the world. I ended up taking my very light campimg stool and carried it everywhere we went.  When my leg would start cramping, I would sit down for a while and let it recover.  So we were able to do a lot of walking and hiking.  My keg is considerably better, and I expect it to be back to normal in anorther month or so. Most everything worked out well.  We found the major problem in Brazil to be that almost no one speaks English - and the differences between Spanish and Portuguese is such that knowing some Spanish is almost a detriment. Thanks for setting up a good trip!

Thanks for your e-mail, and the excellent reservation services. The tickets to and from Salvador to Sao Paulo on TAM were great, no problems (although the plane was a bit late, but that was unavoidable).  The hotel in Praia do Forte (Pousada da Lua) was excellent, in a beautiful location, right on the beach, with very comfortable rooms.  I highly recommend the Pousada da Lua in Praia do Forte, Bahia, as well as TAM, and most especially, the great service from your agency, Brazilnuts.  Much appreciated!

Thanks much - it was really a great trip!

The trip was fabulous. Boat trip was a bit lower scale than I thought it would be but we enjoyed it nevertheless. The tour guide on the boat - Marcos was excellent. Blusimo? agency helped me to get a third room at the Sofitel and was very responsive and helpful. The kids did hang gliding, we all did horsebackriding. Both were very expensive and in retrospect I would have done better having you or Bluismo make the reservations. The tour to Corcovado was great and the tour guide made us aware of the play off soccer game so we also went to that - now that was an experience none like I have had before. The night club was a good tour as well - we heard Portugese rappers. Only problem was the trnsportation didn't show to take us to the airport to Rio - I got a cab as it was getting late. I got a credit from Bluismo. Sofitel was fabulous and Rio is a place I would definitely visit again. Thanks for all your help.

I absolutely LOVED Brazil. I hope to go back next summer, which is the only time I have for vacation. Rain spoiled my time in Paraty and Morro de Sao Paulo. It rained the entire time I was in both places. However, I felt very much at home in Rio. So much so, that I cancelled part of my itinerary to go back there. I know Holli Franchi handled part of my change in plans and I would like to complement her on the fast service. I loved the Martinique in Rio. I would definitely stay there again and recommed it to any one.The front desk employees speak English and also change money. The location is fantastic! The Pousada do Principe in Paraty was in a good location. The room were a little spartan, but I did not expect a 4 star hotel. It was clean and comfortable and I would recommend it. In Morro de Sao Paulo, I stayed in the Karapatungi Hotel and it was a nightmare. First of all, the road to get there gave me motion sickness. The beach was small and dirty. The rooms are large, and the bed comfortable, but the room is stark white with fluorescent lights. I felt like I was in a nunnery, Ants were a problem and there was blood on my sheets 1 day. NO One there speaks any English, so communication was impossible. If I ever go back, I would choose a pousada near 2nd beach. One more comment--I took Marcelo Armstron's favela tour while in Rio. It was very educational and I never felt unsafe. Martha is a great guide who loves the favelas and I would recommed this trip to anyone who has a curiosity about how the other half lives. A big thanks to Brazil Nuts for making my arrangements. I hope you are still there when I make my vacation plans next spring!

I wanted to let you know that all of the arrangements that were made on our behalf went like clockwork.  everyone was at the airport to meet us on time and with warmth and personality and knowledge of where we were going. the guide in Bahia was superb, Carlos and I would recommend him anytime.  both hotels in Bahia were perfect, villa do corais and the pousada Casa do Amarelindo  in salvadore could not have been more perfect.  Foz do Iguacu was great but the hotel, just ok....food not great.  we were spoiled by the ambiance of the first 2 hotels.  we did however get a fabulous room, a suite that was huge (not necessary but still).  also since it was a bit of a distance from town (as most places were) you sort of had to eat at the hotel).  The falls were great, but I was glad that we were in and out fast.  your advice was perfect! Buzios was great....loved Villa d'este.  people again wonderful, food (BREAKFAST!!!!!) amazing and the view spectacular.  should have stayed there 2 nights.  they allowed us to have the room till 2 pm and then we were able to use all of the facilities till we were picked up at 7:00pm.  funny side note.....the 'seat in bus' on the way there turned out to be just that...by ourselves and then we had the same situation on the way back to RIO.  (also, just an FYI, the room we were in was very small, but still comfortable) For any clients going to RIO the Marriott was fabulous.  The concierge could not have been more helpful and we ended up on the executive level which gave us breakfast and happy hour.  Any staff that dealt with us made sure that they knew our names and made us feel as if it were a small hotel.  location was dead in the middle of copacobana.  If I had my choice I loved ipanema better and would have preferred to be in that neighborhood, but we managed to find a great ice cream place very close to the Marriott. We had great weather....only rained the last day, and the rest of the time it was 80's with warm nights..I could get used to that!!!  If anyone asks, it is very expensive.....food especially.  We were surprised by that. Anyway, thanks for all of your help planning the trip.   We are already thinking about our next trip to South America and we will get in touch again.  Thanks so much.

My trip to Brazil was wonderful and I couldn't have done it without you.  I did a lot of research on Brazil before making my reservations and I had a pretty good idea of where I wanted to go and what I wanted to see, but I could not have planned such a relaxing trip without Marisol.  She coordinated everything so well.  I was  especially pleased with the transfers that she arranged, it made traveling so much easier. I loved my stay at the Eco Lodge in Manaus and would recommend it to everyone.  My guide, Shimear, was terrific and treated me like royalty.  The food and accommodations were excellent, but the drinks were very expensive. The location of my hotel in Rio was perfect.  The room was very small and the halls were very loud, but, considering the price, it was fine and it was clean.  I am glad that I chose two half day trips with Gray Line instead of one full day, a full day would have been too much.  I also thought that the "Rio by Night" tour was well worth it. While in Iguassu, I stayed right in the National Park and would highly recommend it.  One thing that I would change is the tour of the falls.  My reservation included a free tour of the Brazilian side of the falls, which I could have done by myself since the path was just outside the hotel door.  Instead, I would recommend paying extra and hiring a driver to take you to the Argentine side.  I made arrangements after I arrived and paid $120 to the guide for a driver to pick us up at  the hotel, drive us to Argentina, wait for us for about 5 hours and then take us back to the hotel.  The guide offered to go with us for an additional charge, but we chose to be alone.  Getting to Argentina any other way appeared to be very complicated  We also had a terrific lunch in Argentina, with a marvelous view of the falls, at the Sheraton Hotel.  Food prices in Argentina were about half of those in Brazil. Thank you for all of your help.  I will definitely recommend Brazil Nuts to anyone who wants to see Brazil.

The trip to Peru was absolutely fantastic! The itenerary was great. Our tour guides were the best. Everything went exactly as you planned. I was really impressed with the friendliness of the Peruvian people and th e over all beauty of Peru. It certainly was one of the best trips I have ever had. Thank you so much for your help.

Thank you!  Our trip was excellent and the arrangements were completely satisfactory to me and my wife.  We extended our stay at the Pousada do Principe in Paraty for an additional three nights, as we really enjoyed the accommodations.  The Windsor Martique Hotel in Rio was delightful as usual and we very much enjoyed Ilha Grande, where we stayed at the Pousada do Canto.  The weather in Rio was perfect during the entire stay.  We look forward to planning future trips to Brazil through Brazil Nuts.

Our trip to Brazil was just fantastic!  The Pantanal was everything we expected, the accommodations were very comfortable, the food plentiful and delicious, our guide took excellent care of us, and I definitely would recommend that you keep using the Araras Lodge for your clients.  I think if I were going back, however, I would go at a time of year when the temperature is a little lower; we found the heat a little excessive for us which is surprising because we're Floridians!  Thanks again for your great service.

I was very please with the services provided by Brazil Nuts.  I worked with John Dalia, who was extremely responsive and sensitive to my needs.  He tailored the travel arrangements so that everything worked perfectly.  Although my planed arrived late in Salvador, the driver was waiting for me and promptly took me to the hotel.  The service and facilities at Praia de Forte were excellent.  Finally, I had connecting flights on the way back, and they worked very well, too. I will definitely recommend your agency to my colleagues and friends.

Thanks for your communication. Yes, we do like to pre plan and book a trip and your service was very good. It would be easier for us if payment could be done by Visa. Western Union is not readily available locally.

I don't know how to thank you! Marcella gave us an extraordinary view of the city. In essence, through the "invisible guiding hand" of Brazil Nuts and its talented assistants, our event was a resounding success. Muito obrigada!!

The hotels at the Iguazzu Falls were fantastic (both sides) while the flight from foz to rio was faultless. Thank you for all your help. I will recommend Brazil Nuts to everyone who is travelling to South America.

We had a great time in Brazil. We truly believe it's the best trip we've been on and we've travelled a lot! There were lots of highlights - the Pantanal, the Amazon, Iguassu, Rio, Salvador. Thank you for all your help. Everything worked out very well.

Both Carol and I have had a great time and enjoyed Brazil very much. Given the chance we probably will go back. It has also created more of an interest in seeing South America which is not something that was even on our radar screen until recently. I think in large part, the credit goes to you and Brazil Nuts for creating a very nice trip.

I wanted to thank everyone for helping me plan such a great trip. Your recommendation of the Amazon Eco Park lodge was right on the money for my ten-year old son and myself. We loved it there and want to return. All of my Amazon dreams came true from swimming with pink river dolphins, to playing with monkeys, sloths and snakes, to fishing for piranha and eating them!

I loved Rio de Janeiro. Our dinner at the Cipriani at the Copacabana came on the same night the President of Brazil was there. Everything was so elegant and the food delicious. It is a beautiful hotel. We loved staying at the Ipanema Plaza. It is modern, clean and has a great view of the beach from the roof pool and bar. On the Ipanema floor we had breakfast delivered to our room each morning so we could dress and eat at the same time. There was no extra charge. Corcovado, Sugarloaf, Ipanema Beach, Santa Teresa (that tram was so much fun), shopping from street venders and the visit to Rio Scetarium were fabulous. I would really recommend the Rio Scetarium to future clients. It was so much fun! Rio is truly one of the most exciting cities in the world. I never felt threatened while I was there and Nancy and I were out in Ipanema until 10:30 many nights without the guide.

The Brazil trip was wonderful! The people are so friendly and helpful. The guides were fabulous in both locations, the falls and Rio. They shared so much information with us and were always there to help. I can't speak highly enough of the job they did.

The trip to Manaus, Belo Horizonte and Rio with our CCF sponsors was the best in the last five years. Great hotels, restaurants, local guides, and service. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed our trip----and let me say again that the guides in each city were OUTSTANDING!!!! Gary. D
